If you own Q-Matic and want to use your system to its fullest potential, this class is for you! Art and Stitch is the design program that comes with your machine. It lets you import files with other formats, alter and correct existing designs, and even design your own. This series of five classes is for people who have just gotten Q-Matic and those who want to learn more.

July 6 – Introduction – Importing and saving designs in both Q-Matic and Art and Stitch, how to back-up files, learning about the Art and Stitch work area.

August 10 – Edge to Edge Designs – what makes an edge to edge design work, how to combine designs, etc.

August 31 – More Edge to Edge – Meander Anything - adding your own touch to edge to edge designs, tracing images.

Tentative dates:

October 12 – Creative Fill – How to fill your blocks with custom quilting, quilting around applique, etc.

Nov. 9 – Motif Fills and Lines – Specialized fills and creating more than straight lines to fill sashing.
