This is another scrap quilt with boundaries! We will focus on making three blocks in class no larger than 12.5”; we will plan to quilt, bind and join them together as a row of three. You may have your blocks made prior to class, if you are comfortable with scrapping like this. You will need batting, backing & binding fabric for your blocks. For one quilt, I’ve chosen a ‘focus’ fabric to start the block, making it to 12.5 then we will quilt and bring all blocks to a specific size for quilting, binding and joining together. Kelly Henry will be joining us on this journey of using scraps and quilting them. The quilt hanging in the shop doesn’t have the quilt as you go style, but we’re working on that!
