For this pretty block we will use our 2” and 4” TIS (triangle in a square) Bloc Loc rulers and a 4” KIS ( kite in a square) Bloc Loc ruler. You will learn to do a double KIS. They look beautiful and complicated, but are really simple with these rulers.
